Hidden Disabilities

Some passengers have a hidden disability and require additional help.

We’re glad to offer free sunflower lanyards at customer care, near the TSA checkpoint, to discreetly identify a passenger who may need extra assistance throughout their journey.

The sunflower is a globally recognized symbol for non-visible disabilities and we're pleased to join airports around the world in helping provide a better travel experience for everyone.
